One Day 1K

Recently with my move my TA feed has become tumbleweed which got me to thinking of a quick fix, One day 1K! I can think of at least 50 easy retail games that I could buy and spit out like bad fruit, say bye bye to my ratio and hello to percentage, gamer score and completed games.

Considering the games on my mind have been out for 1-4 year(s) price is no issue, arcade and WP7 games will still be my priority however I do need to catch up with my retails. Let the hunt begin  

Things I'm Grateful For

Can you be grateful for something in your life but also no longer want your life? Selfishness aside is there a point people cross where they eliminate the big picture because that's the only option?

Reading this back scares me, it's one thing to think it but when you see it the image becomes real, no longer a thought but a reality. If you do say it out loud to another the first thing they ask is why? Hard question to answer. Ask someone to explain the colour blue.

We are the most advanced species on this planet apparently, I disagree. What we bring to the world are many advances but with that there is a price, we are destroying the planet and ourselves. The animal kingdom revolves around survival not greed, animals kill each other for survival not because of racism or orientation. They have the right idea. You don't see a lion trying to overdose.. Survival.

My Best Friend

As best friends go my best friend is a special one, starting with the name Missy Moo strange name you say? My best friend is my cat. Missy Moo was born in November of 2008 daughter of Kit she was born in the backyard hidden in the grass and her leg backwards.

 We chose to keep her but unfortunately we couldn't keep them all, when it was only Kit and Missy they had an unbreakable bond. Kit would always talk to us in a series of meows and she would speak for Missy. Missy would occasionally hum (meow with her mouth closed, she still does).

After moving into another house the door was left open and Kit vanished =( she never came back I took it pretty hard but Missy too it even harder. After a few months after Kit's disappearance Missy started to communicate like Kit use to but she can actually say some words like "mum" and she giggles from time to time.

She loved the jacket but hated the hat

We noticed around Christmas of 2009 she was unlike any other cat (except for Kit) Missy has certain traits that some might find strange. She must have either a collar or jacket on or she huffs, she has a dry sense of humor ( I trip on something she giggles under her breath), when asking for food she acts as if her leg is broken and wont eat red biscuits, she sometimes sleeps on her head, when I cuddle her she pats my face and of course she talks and plays fetch .

Whiskers (Australian cat food company) have taken an interest in her, they really do send her mail addressed to Missy and all,.so she thinks she's all that and a bag of chips. I think she is and I couldn't live without my Missy Moo!

Not Bad For A Girl

The question is; does being female mean I have better skill gaming wise due to the ratio of men/women?
I don't believe so but others may, an example. "not bad for a chick" Is this said to the kids that play Halo as well? Not bad for a child.

There is one thing that does bother me as a female gamer, the excessive use of the word rape. Now I understand it is not meant in a literal sense but when did it become acceptable to relate something enjoyable to sexual assault? I may be over sensitive because of events in my life but is it really necessary?

On a lighter note I've been in arcade heaven these past few weeks reaching 85 complete titles, the best by far was Plants Vs Zombies! (I Love Katamari was a close second) Now to wait for the WP7 version (fingers crossed). Onward and upwards to 100.

Did You Know? Blizzard, Plants Vs Zombies And Peggle

Both gaming companies Blizzard and Popcap worked together to create Plant's Vs Zombies and Peggle. I noticed this yesterday as I was watching my better half play WOW while playing my Xbox, I was surprised WOW came up with a great concept (has yet to play Plants Vs Zombies)  until I saw this little happy sunflower then I realized I've seen this little guy everywhere PLANTS VS ZOMBIES!


My first thought was Blizzard ripped off Popcap! However I was wrong, then I learn Blizzard and Popcap have a great gaming relationship BLIZZCAP? Who could complain?

My First Blog

Finally I have made a blog and yeah here it is, tada! I'm hoping to get some followers by adding more to my blog, I've decided to include my TA friends feed because not everything is about me and they deserve it.
